He also reportedly made multiple remarks about what he views as misconduct under Trump's administration.
The concert was the premiere of a new tour by Springsteen and his E Street Band, and he opened with a cover of Edwin Starr's 'War'. Separately, Paula White-Cain, an evangelical pastor and religious advisor at the White House, compared Trump to Jesus in an Easter prayer, saying no one has paid as high a price as Trump. The prayer was posted on the White House's official website.
White-Cain is reportedly linked to the New Apostolic Reformation movement.
